We’d always recommend enquiring early, especially for summer and weekend dates, as exclusive-use dates are limited. Most couples book 12-18 months ahead, and we take bookings up to two years in advance.

Yes. Every wedding menu is created bespoke with our Head Chef and kitchen team, so dishes can be tailored around dietary requirements and allergies, just let us know your guests’ needs in advance. We can also arrange a menu tasting with the chef and a wine tasting with our sommelier.
The Swan is in Ascott-under-Wychwood, Oxfordshire (OX7 6AY), about ten minutes’ drive from Chipping Norton. The nearest stations are Ascott-under-Wychwood, Charlbury and Kingham, with frequent trains from London Paddington in around an hour. There is free parking on-site and also in the village.
