Join us at The Chequers on 26th March for our next Wine Club, where we’ll be celebrating the vibrant flavours and wines of Spain with a relaxed evening of food, wine and conversation.

The night will feature a four-course Spanish-inspired menu, beginning with classic flavours such as Manchego and Gordal olives, followed by dishes like anchovies on sourdough baguette with mojo rojo and salsa verde, and a chargrilled pork chop served with a rich tomato, chorizo and chickpea stew.

We’ll finish on a sweet note with a Spanish-style almond tart, perfectly paired with fortified wines.

Each course will be matched with carefully selected Spanish wines—from Cava and Pet-Nat Rosado to Albariño, Txakoli and Rioja—with the tasting led by the experts from Hallgarten Wines, who will guide guests through the pairings and share insights into the regions, producers and styles in your glass.

Priced at £70 per person, the evening includes four courses and expert wine tasting, making it the perfect event for wine lovers or anyone looking for a delicious and sociable night out.
