There’s something special about summer evenings spent around a table, good food shared slowly, and a glass of something exceptional in hand. This season, we’re bringing all of that together with a Summer Tasting Evening built around five beautifully crafted courses, each one paired with outstanding Gusbourne English wines.
English wine has really come into its own over the past few years, and Gusbourne is one of the names leading the way. Known for elegant sparkling wines and refined still wines grown in the English countryside, the wines are fresh, expressive, and perfect for summer dining. This tasting evening is all about celebrating those flavours alongside a menu designed to complement them perfectly.
The evening will be led by Gusbourne brand ambassador Steve Kirkham who will guide guests through each wine and bring the stories behind them to life.
The five course menu will be created by our exceptional twin chefs at The Swan – Head Chef Christopher Jung and Senior Sous Benjamin Jung. They
bring an effortless harmony to the kitchen, a partnership that adds real depth to every plate.
You’ll not only enjoy a fantastic meal, but you’ll leave with a little more knowledge on Gusbourne wines, and almost certainly a new favourite or two.
