Friday 1st December – Christmas Light Dazzle

Join us as we mark the start of the season by powering up our sparkling festive display. We’ll light up at 6pm and you can expect ample mistletoe and wine, as well as mulled wine, cider, and mince pies available all evening.

Wednesday 6th December – Master your Christmas Wreath

We’ll be transforming the pub into a winter wonderland in partnership with Stow Flower Shop from 6.30pm. Settle in with a glass of fizz to get the creative juices flowing, tuck into our homemade mince pies, and we’ll provide everything you need to create your own masterpiece to take home. Tickets are £70 and booking is essential. Call us or call in for more details.

Thursday 7th December – Christmas Market

We’re bringing together some of our favourite local brands for a miniature Christmas market for one night only. You’ll be able to pick up gifts designed by artisans from as close as our very own village, think sustainably produced vodka from Wood Brothers Distilling Company, personalised children’s illustrations from Joy Illustrations, the softest merino wool ladieswear from Vivaansie, knitwear from Holly May Crochet, festive displays from Stow Flower Shop and bespoke gift boxes from The Cotswold Box Company. Come along from 5 – 8pm and our chefs will be serving a selection of hot treats for shoppers. Grab a mulled wine and tick off your shopping list.

Friday 8th December – It’s Christmas Jumper Day

An excuse to dig out your silliest sweaters. We’ll be giving out prizes all day for our favourites, so join the Christmas catwalk that no one has asked for and let’s see what you’ve got.

Wednesday 20th December – Breakfast with Father Christmas

Father Christmas has very kindly taken some time out of his extremely busy schedule to join us for breakfast before the big day. Tuck into breakfast with the man in red from 9am. Kids eat free with every paying adult. Booking is essential.

We’re serving our two or three-course Christmas Party menu from 30th November and we have a four-course festive extravaganza planned for the big day itself.
